Description
MB Hercules Ex is intended for non-destructive testing in explosive atmospheres. The enclosure is sealed to prevent a spark from causing an explosion. MB Hercules Ex is the first and only UV inspection light available on the market today with explosion proof approvals, that has been tested to comply with the ASTM E3022 as well as supplier requirements such as Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001.
Hercules Ex has successfully completed all tests leading to the ATEX certification for Group II, Zone II, NFPA 70 Article 500 for Class I (divisions II locations), the Salt Fog Test as per military standard 810F and the Explosive Atmosphere Test as per military standard 810G.
