Description
The UV 100W Curing Cabinet has a useful working capacity of 180 x 180 x 180 mm (H x W x D) and is suitable for small component applications. Optimised lamp reflectors and interior provide uniform irradiation (approx. +/- 10 % at base of chamber).
Equipped with a smooth-running shutter system and optimized reflector geometry, the UV 100W Curing Cabinet ensures uniform irradiation with a high level of consistency. Its working chamber of 180 x 180 x 180 mm makes it ideal for small components, while the compact design allows seamless integration into laboratory or production environments.
Operational safety is guaranteed through a reliable interlock system that prevents the shutter and door from being opened simultaneously. With three available lamp spectra – Iron (Fe), Gallium (Ga), and Mercury (Hg), the system can be adapted precisely to different applications, including curing of adhesives, plastics, inks, varnishes, and coatings as well as chemical and biological processes. Combining economic operation with robust technology and ease of handling, the UV 100W Cabinet is a flexible and efficient solution for precise laboratory workflows.
